Privacy Policy

AgisHubprovides pay-per-call tools for AI agents over a free Model Context Protocol (MCP) tier and a paid x402 HTTP tier settled in USDC on the Base network. The Services do not require an account, sign-up or API key, so we collect very little about you. This policy explains what we do process, why, and your choices.

• Request metadata. When a tool is called, we log technical details of the request: IP address, approximate country, user-agent, the tool and route used, timestamps, status and timing. This is used to operate, secure and measure the Services.
• Tool inputs and outputs. The content your agent sends to a tool (for example a URL or a block of text) and the response returned may be recorded as part of usage traces. Do not send secrets, credentials or sensitive personal data you would not want processed to complete the call.
• Payment & wallet data. Paid calls involve a blockchain payment. Wallet addresses and transactions are recorded on the public Base network by design and are outside our control; we may retain the wallet address and payment reference associated with a call.
• Communications. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you choose to share.
• Website analytics. Our marketing website may use minimal, privacy-preserving analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We do not build advertising profiles.

• to detect, prevent and investigate abuse, fraud and security incidents;
• to understand usage in aggregate and improve the Services;
• to respond to your messages and support requests;
• to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted third-party infrastructure and service providers that help us run the Services (bound by confidentiality obligations), when required by law or valid legal process, to protect the rights, safety and security of AgisHub and its users, or in connection with a corporate transaction. On-chain payment data is inherently public on the Base network.

We keep usage traces and request metadata for a limited period needed to operate, secure and analyse the Services, after which they are deleted or aggregated into anonymous statistics that no longer identify you. On-chain transaction records are permanent and public on the blockchain and cannot be deleted by us.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we process. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet and keys.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, or to object to it. Because the Services are used without an account, we may need additional information (such as a relevant IP or wallet address) to locate records associated with you. The Services are delivered over globally distributed infrastructure, so information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly process their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
