Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 August 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AgisHubwebsite, the remote MCP endpoints and the x402 HTTP API (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services — including by having an AI agent call them on your behalf — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. The Services
AgisHubprovides pay-per-call tools for software agents. Tools are available two ways: a free Model Context Protocol (MCP) tier for discovery and prototyping, and a paid HTTP tier priced per request and settled with USDC on the Base network using the x402 payment standard. The Services do not require an account, sign-up or API key. We may add, change, deprecate or remove tools at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone’s rights;
- access, scrape or interact with third-party systems, pages or accounts that you are not authorised to access, or in violation of a third party’s terms;
- send unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing or malicious content through the tools;
- probe, overload, disrupt or circumvent the rate limits, payment gate or security of the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to them;
- resell or represent the Services as your own without authorisation.
You are responsible for the inputs you (or your agents) send and for having the rights necessary to process any URL or content you submit to a tool.
4. Payments (x402)
Paid tools return an HTTP 402 challenge; your client authorises a USDC payment on Base and retries. By using a paid tool you authorise that payment from the wallet you control. You are solely responsible for your wallet, its keys and its balance — that balance is your spending limit.
Payments are made in cryptocurrency on a public blockchain and are final and irreversible. Except where required by law, charges are non-refundable. Published prices may change; the price in effect is the one presented in the payment challenge at the time of the call. You are responsible for any taxes on your use of the Services.
5. Third-party content
Some tools fetch, read or act on content from third-party websites and systems that we do not own or control. We do not endorse and are not responsible for that content, and its availability or accuracy is outside our control. Your use of such content is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s own terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including the website, the API, documentation and associated materials, are owned by AgisHub and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You retain rights to the inputs you submit and to the outputs you receive, subject to third-party rights in any underlying content.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, legal, investment or professional advice. Digital assets are volatile and their use carries risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgisHubwill not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or funds (including amounts paid on-chain). Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to use the Services in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AgisHubfrom and against any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your inputs, or your breach of these Terms or of any third party’s rights.
10. Availability and termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, and we may limit or block access that violates these Terms or that threatens the security or integrity of the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payments, disclaimers, liability and indemnification) will survive.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located there will have jurisdiction over any dispute, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
